General Principles
WebLexia operates as a service-based agency. Unlike physical products, digital services involve irrevocable custom labour. By paying the project deposit or retainer, you acknowledge that you are booking our team's time and expertise.
Refund Conditions
We believe in client satisfaction. Refunds are considered under the following limited circumstances:
- If a refund is requested within 24 hours of payment and no work (research, design, or coding) has commenced.
- If WebLexia is unable to deliver the promised services due to internal technical failures or unforeseen organisational issues.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, minus any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Bank fees).
Non-Refundable Items
To protect our agency's operations, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Advance Deposits: Once the design phase has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Domain & Hosting: These are third-party costs registered in the client's name and cannot be reversed.
- Express Packages: For all "Express" or "72-Hour Delivery" packages, refunds are strictly not applicable once the order is placed. Resources are allocated and work begins immediately upon receipt of payment.
- Completed Work: Once a website or design is approved and handed over, no refunds can be issued.
- Ads Management Fees: Service fees for Meta/Google Ads are for management time and are non-refundable regardless of campaign performance.
Cancellation Process
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. Upon cancellation:
- All work-in-progress will stop immediately.
- The client will be invoiced for the total hours worked up to the point of cancellation.
- Any source files or design assets will only be handed over once the outstanding balance for work completed is settled.
Monthly Services (SEO & Maintenance)
Subscription-based services like SEO, WhatsApp Automation, or Monthly Maintenance can be cancelled by providing a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
Policy Updates
WebLexia reserves the right to modify this policy to stay compliant with Indian digital laws and industry standards. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
